    Hello @Sander Bougrine

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

Impact Description: Users may experience issues with the following services:

    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) registration
    • Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)

These issues are primarily due to gateway failures impacting the IAMUX service.

Mitigation Steps: A failover to the Dublin region (North Europe) was initiated to mitigate customer impact.

Additionally, you will receive automatic updates from Microsoft via email as we continue to track progress and any additional developments.

Once the issue is fully resolved, we will send out a final communication to confirm the resolution.

Thank you for your patience as we work to address this matter.

I hope this clarifies things. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
