UWP Package runs sluggish but Debug and Release build in VS2019 runs fine

I can build and debug my UWP app just fine but when I build the package and install on a users machine it barely will respond. Even logging into the Azure AD Interactive login is unusable due to the slow keyboard response time.

Has anyone run into this before and what could the issue be?

There might be different issues that cause this behavior. Does the app always act sluggish even waiting for some time? Another thing I want to confirm is that does this happen in a different machine?

Yes it happens on multiple machines (10 installations) and it is slow all the time. I am at my wits end on this one. I have even recreated a project and moved my code to a new PRJ and still same issue. Could it be that it is self signed? I am waiting on my Code Signing Cert to be vetted and approved.

The certificate should not have an effect on the performance. Could you please take a look at the task manager when running your app on other devices? Is it using too much resource of the device, like CPU or memory?

Yes when the "Packaged" version is just sitting there waiting at the AD Login screen it is using 8% of CPU. When I run the DEBUG or RELEASE build versions (from Visual Studio) it is 0% and works great. ONLY GIVES ME ISSUE WHEN A PACKAGE is created. It is the strangest thing I have seen in my 30 years of developing apps.

So you are using sideload to deploy your apps to other devices, right?

I'll ask other engineers about this issue. There might be some time delay.
