Why do I get notifications for my coworkers accepting meetings on outlook calendar?

I set up an outlook calendar for my office to put events & request time off. When someone wants to request time off, they will put it in the calendar & invite our boss. The idea is that his acceptance to the invite means he approves the time off.

It turns out that the creator of the event does not get the acceptance notification from our boss - I do. How can I make it to where the creator of the calendar event gets the acceptance notification & I do not?

Do you mean that the calendar belongs to your personal account? Or you are the delegate of your boss and you create the calendar on his calendar?

Apologies for the late reply, I was out of the office. I created the calendar using my work Microsoft account. My boss did not create the calendar. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

According to your description, i understand that user A sent a meeting only to your boss > your boss accepted the meeting and responded to the meeting > the user A didn't receive the response but your received?

If not, please provide more information about the steps of the issue for our better research.
