Hi Gautam Limboo ,
Thanks for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A forum.
When a request has been raised for these retired VMs, it will be rejected because they are officially retired and cannot be provisioned or requested anymore. Even if a VM is listed as available in Azure Products by Region article, it cannot be provisioned if it has been marked as retired.
The Azure Products by Region article may not immediately show changes in availability, so there can be a delay in updating the removal of a retired VM series from the listings.
The Azure Products by Region article may not always reflect real-time changes in availability due to the timing of updates. There could be a lag between when a VM series is officially retired and when it is removed from the availability listings.
The official documentation for Azure Products by Region article does not specify fixed update cycle period.
Suppose even after a specific VM series is officially retired, there may be a delay before this information is reflected in the Azure Products by Region article, and it could still be found in the documentation until the next update cycle.
