Is your account a personal account or a company account?
If your account is a personal account:
1.Sign in to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft. If you’re having issues signing in to your Microsoft account, see Microsoft account help for more info.
2.Select Add email or Add phone number.
3.Follow the instructions to add a new email address or phone number to your Microsoft account aliases.
If your account is a company account, you can contact the administrator to modify it for you in the M365 admin center.
