Question about the search function of Microsoft Teams

Hello Teams Development,

I was redirected here as I have a little odd question. I have spent like 3 business days to find a solution and unfortunately I couldn't. I am trying to make the users in Microsoft Teams searchable in another language. I want to be able to search for Ivan Ivanov both in English and Bulgarian. Basically my issue would be resolved once I search for Ivan or Иван in the Microsoft Teams'' search bar and have the same results popping out. Changing the display name to Ivan Ivanov (Иван Иванов) is not an option. (:

I have found some articles for Custom Attributes in Exchange but I am not sure how to use them and if that would fix my case. Microsoft Community has advised that it can be used to store additional information about users. You could use these attributes to store the Bulgarian names and then create a custom search solution that queries these attributes. However, this would require some development effort and possibly the use of Microsoft Graph API to search these custom attributes.
