How to fix: Error Code 80070057?

Question

After setting up network on a Windows 10 server / desktop and a Windows 10 user / laptop and a Windows 11 user / laptop, all for use with QuickBooks Enterprise 2024, the network connected okay one time and then the 80070057 error code, "the parameter is incorrect" appeared on both user laptops after that. I ran the QB file doctor on the host server and no errors were found.
