I understand that you're facing an issue with failed to delete the Resource group. here are some steps to follow.
- Navigate to Azure portal and go to Resource Group.
- Navigate to the Access Control (IAM) section of your resource group.
- On the Access control (IAM) page, click on the Deny assignments tab to view any existing deny assignments associated with the resource group.
- If you have the necessary permissions, you can remove the deny assignment by selecting it and clicking on the "Remove" button.
- Once the deny assignment is removed, you should be able to delete the resource group.
- Go back to the resource group overview page and click on the "Delete resource group" button.
- Can you please have a look once; To assign Azure roles, you must have Microsoft. Authorization/role Assignments/write permissions, such as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/built-in-roles#role-based-access-control-administrator.
