Am I eligible for Windows 10/11 license with multi-tenant hosting rights?

Hi,

I need to create a VM with Windows 11 Pro, but in order to do so I need to check the "I confirm I have an eligible Windows 10/11 license with multi-tenant hosting rights." - checkbox.
I read the documentation, and I have a A3 Faculty-sub in Office 365 connected to the same user-account I have my Visual Studio-sub attached to. However I'm still not sure I'm eligible as I may have misinterpreted the docs, and I really want to be 100% sure about this.

Could someone please assist?

    Hi Tommy,

Office 365 A3 doesn't include Windows 11 license multi-tenant hosting rights. Please see page 6 of below pdf:

When looking at the chart, use Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) as your y axis reference, then cross reference with license type on x axis. It doesn't matter whether or not you plan to use AVD, it's just a convenient reference point since it requires same rights to use Windows 10/11 VM.
