Phone Issues When i had made a call in Teams

Please i need your help on this issue.

We had Phone Issues When i had made a call in Teams and at the same time i received an incoming transfer and it merged both calls in Teams.

That issue occurred on December 30th for users. This is something that should not happen but I have had it happen to me.

According to your case description, you encountered a call merge problem when using Microsoft Teams. Teams does support a feature to merge incoming calls into existing calls, however, this feature should not be triggered automatically without user action. To avoid this, please try the following steps:

• Check Teams settings: Make sure that the option to automatically merge calls is not enabled in your Teams settings.
• Update Teams app: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Teams app.
