To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:
1.Check for Windows or Office update and see if error persists after the update.
2.Perform a full system scan to check for any malware or viruses that might cause this issue:
Go to "Windows Security" -> "Virus & Threat Protection" tab-> Click "Scan Options" under "Current threats" section -> Select "Full Scan" and click "Scan now".
3.Check if there's any third-party conflict that can interfere with office processes:
a.Press "Win+R" and enter msconfig to open System Configuration -> Go to "General" tab and select "Selective startup".
b.Go to "Services" tab, check "Hide all Microsoft services," and then click "Disable all".
c.Go to the "Startup" tab, click "Open Task Manager"and disable all startup items.
