Cannot see on my account the Office Package I already bought and installed

Hi!
I recently purchased and installed an Office Home 2024 package for Mac. When I try to open an application, like Word, it asks me to log in with my outlook account but then tells me there is no subscription on that account.
I am sure the email is the same one I downloaded the package with.
How can I solve this problem and see/use my subscription? I am having a hard time contacting support.
