Hey, team.
I am currently paying for the pay-as-you-go subscription model (Microsoft Azure Plan
) for my Azure Subscription
(it has an associated budget of $150.00 of which none is used). This Subscription
was created today.
That Subscription
has an associated Resource Group
in the East US
Region
(you'll have to trust me that the IDs and associations line up).
Despite this, regardless of how I try to create any resource associated with a non-Free tier (whether that be a Function App
through VS Code's Azure Plugin (appropriately authenticated against the correct Principal
with Owner
permissions) or through the Azure Portal's widget itself (see below), I get told my subscription selection is insufficient:
Or through VS Code:
This region has quota of 0 instances for your subscription.
I was "free" and upgraded today - or so I thought. What am I doing wrong?
