Issue with Student Discount for AZ-900 Exam

Dear Support Team/Customer Service,

I am writing to inquire about an issue I encountered while attempting to register for the AZ-900 exam. I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree and have been preparing for this exam recently. As a student, I am interested in taking advantage of the student discount, which I understand offers a 100% discount.

I have carefully followed the steps to qualify as a student, including updating my status in the "Interest Survey" under the career options section. However, despite completing these steps, I am still seeing the full exam fee when I reach the checkout page.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue so that I can apply the student discount to my exam registration?
