I am unable to access my Microsoft Office 365 admin account because the phone used for 2FA via the Microsoft Authenticator app has been stolen.

I have attempted account recovery by verifying through my phone number and email address, allowing me to reset my password successfully. However, when I try to log in to my account, I am still prompted for a 2FA code, which I cannot provide because my phone is unavailable.

Steps I’ve tried:

Account recovery using my email and phone number.

Password reset was successful but did not bypass the 2FA prompt.

Attempted to use backup recovery options but no success.

I need assistance in bypassing or resetting the 2FA requirement to regain access to my account.
