As these have already been removed from your default subscription, this is an issue for billing support. They would be able to assist you in checking your subscription and check the credits reapplied and the Azure invoices credited

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket. In the link you need to ensure you are selecting a billing ticket. This service is completely free and they will assist you in identifying why or assessing the situation.
