How to apply MSFT Founders Hub Credits to our Azure instance

We have access to a significant amount of MSFT Founders Hub Azure credits which were applying properly as we built out our environment in Azure. Somehow those credits stopped being applied and we have now been charged for our Azure consumption, despite still having credits available. How do we have the credits reapplied and the Azure invoices credited?

    Thanks for your question.

    As these have already been removed from your default subscription, this is an issue for billing support. They would be able to assist you in checking your subscription and check the credits reapplied and the Azure invoices credited

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket. In the link you need to ensure you are selecting a billing ticket. This service is completely free and they will assist you in identifying why or assessing the situation.
