When I RDP to my virtual desktop i get a black screen and can't see the display

    Hi @Jeremy Morris ,

    were you able to connect via RDP to the Azure VM before?

    Have you tried to connect via RDP using a low display resolution (like 640x480)?

    In addition to Andreas Baumgarten, please try below following steps:

    Ensure your Windows Server is fully updated. Sometimes, outdated systems can cause display issues.
    Look for any errors in the Event Viewer that might give clues about what's causing the issue.
