Dear Team,

I was unable to check in for my MS AZ204 exam on 28 Dec 2024 due to a technical issue on the Pearson VUE site. Despite multiple attempts, the issue persisted, and I couldn’t proceed with the exam. It redirected me to the Microsoft Learn page without an option to reschedule. Additionally, there was a significant delay in connecting with a Pearson agent, but a case has been opened. Kindly assist in resolving this issue and help me reschedule the exam.

    Moreover, please ensure that you're taking the exam using a personal computer rather than a work computer. Work computers often have software that can interrupt the OnVUE system from working properly or completely prevent it from launching.
