Hello,

My account was disabled due to suspicious activity, and I am unable to access any of my resources. The error message I am receiving is:

"Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons. We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision."

I believe this may be a mistake, as I have not performed any unauthorized actions. I need the account and its resources to be reactivated as soon as possible since this is affecting critical operations.

Please review this case urgently, and let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

    Hi @Alexis Milano ,

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    Source: Azure Support plans
