We have created a Project Management App to manage the communication via emails with our clients. We have already in place all the configuration that enables our teams to manage the different emails that we receive through generical addresses, creating queues and cases which can be managed and assigned to our users. However, once any of those communications becomes too long because there are many emails inside, then the performance becomes really bad and it takes too long to load it in order to send our answer to the client. Is there anything that needs to be done to improve that?
