This web page: Visual Studio Isolated Shell indeed shows some links for Visual Studio Isolated Shell(2015), but the links are all redirected to this Subscription page.
I checked the links and the subscription page, no corresponding downloading links for VS Isolated Shell for VS 2015. I also checked here: Subscription - Shell. VS 2008 Shell, VS 2010 Shell, VS 2012 Shell and VS 2013 Shell are all available (for paid level subscriptions), but VS 2015 Shell is not available. I will report this issue.
