Now OneDrive does not work?
- When your run OneDrive app, is there any error message?
- If so, could you please take a screenshot and share with us?
- Have you unlinked the new Outlook account in OneDrive first?
Can you sign your Microsoft Yahoo account into Microsoft Account page?
If yes, please go to Subscriptions page, check which Products you've purchased.
Besides, it's recommended to sign into OneDrive online, check whether you may access your OneDrive files successfully.
