My new computer set me up with Outlook account. 356 expired and I want to use my Microsoft yahoo account, now onedrive doesnt work.

I canceled Outlook account, now Onedrive on PC does not work.

I'm not buying 365 till Onedrive works properly with my Microsoft Yahoo account.

Somehow my PC is holding info from Outlook. Computer goes to sleep in a few minutes even thought i said never in the power settings.

Now OneDrive does not work?

• When your run OneDrive app, is there any error message?
• If so, could you please take a screenshot and share with us?
• Have you unlinked the new Outlook account in OneDrive first?

Can you sign your Microsoft Yahoo account into Microsoft Account page?

If yes, please go to Subscriptions page, check which Products you've purchased.

Besides, it's recommended to sign into OneDrive online, check whether you may access your OneDrive files successfully.
