my support request is blocked from being created

2024-12-28T15:15:48.2066667+00:00

I have subscribed to the Standard Support Plan, but I am unable to create support tickets, which I urgently need. When I attempt to create one, the webpage doesn't respond or display anything.

    Hi Victor,

When you get to the blank Solutions screen, please click on Return to support request . Click the Next button at bottom, continue filling out details of your support request, and on last page click Create. After a minute or so you should get an email confirming your support case and then be contacted by a support engineer in accordance with the Severity option you chose.

Please let me know if you have an issue creating support request by adding comment below.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

    -TP

Hi Victor Danin - Team Ti Soluções em Tecnologia,
For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.

For more information, see this FAQ: How do I create a support request if I cannot sign in to the Azure portal?

Please don't forget to "Accept answer" and close this thread.
