I guess you are mentioning Drive here and not the driver.
Press Win+R keys to open Run menu.
Type diskmgmt.msc and hit the Enter key.
Right-click the source drive
Select "Shrink Volume"
Enter how many MB you want
Click "Shrink"
Right-click drive D
Select "Extend Volume"
Follow the wizard to add the unallocated space
