Will I lose my bonus storage in OneDrive if I signed up and cancelled a subscription?

I had my OneDrive for Personal since immemorable which had 15GB of storage. Then I enabled their Camera Upload feature that double the space to 30GB. Right before Microsoft announced that they are dropping the free storage to 5GB, I received a notification to consent if I want to keep my current storage allocation - which I did. Until now, I still have my 30GB space.

My concern are:

  1. What will be my storage space? From 30GB to 100GB? Or 115GB (15GB turns to 100GB while retaining the 15GB Camera Upload bonus)?
  2. If I cancel my subscription, will I keep my 30GB storage or will Microsoft remove my bonuses and give me 5GB just like everyone else?

    Hi,

    About your question:

Storage: Currently, OneDrive for Personal users have a storage limit of 100GB1. If you previously enabled camera uploads and doubled your storage to 30GB, your storage should be within the 100GB limit.

Storage after canceling your subscription: If you cancel your subscription, your storage will be affected. According to the latest policy, free users will be limited to 5GB2 of storage. As a result, if you cancel your subscription, you may lose the additional storage bonus, which will drop to 5GB.

    Hope the information will help.
