Today I woke up and tried to use my Azure Development Database but encountered this issue: "Please retry the connection later. If the problem persists, contact customer support, and provide them the session tracing ID of '{D0149A4D-1491-4C1E-8608-9B74B8A1715C}'. ClientConnectionId:c5e6efc9-ce3e-4379-ad94-b11ad9ac3cc8" Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is your server located in the US South Central region? It appears on 12/26 there is an outage affecting SQL Server in this region due to a power issue.
