Adding MailFrom addresses

I want to change / add an MailFrom address, but the "Add" button is disabled. In the help it says I should contact support to raise the quota. I have been following the article about that, but it doesn't work for me since I can't open a support ticket there - it just says again I need to ask to raise the quota.

Can you please help me raise the quota / add en EmailFrom address to the Email Communication Services Domain?

@Boris Schickedanz thanks for bringing this to our attention. what happens when you try to open a support ticket through the Azure portal?

This can be closed now, I found another way to open the ticket. Can't say though how exactly it was a lot of trial and error.

It is pretty weird that one must open a support ticket just to get additional MailFrom addresses, I mean, this is the most basic usecase for those.
