Hello 貮 劉,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.
A Personal Account is an individual user account that allows access to Microsoft services such as Outlook and OneDrive. When a Personal Account is invited to a tenant and becomes part of that tenant, the account transitions to a Work/School account, granting access to resources like the Azure portal.
In your case, you are unable to access the Azure portal, and it shows that your account is locked. Typically, a Work/School account cannot access the Azure portal if the account is disabled or deleted.
Since you mentioned that the account shows as locked, we recommend reaching out to a Global Administrator (GA) of the tenant to verify if your account has been disabled or deleted. If it has been disabled, the GA can enable it. If it has been deleted, the GA can re-invite you.
Steps for the Global Administrator to enable a disabled user account:
- Log in to the Azure portal using a Global Administrator account.
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Users > [Affected User] > Properties > Settings.
- Select the option "Account enabled" to enable the account.
