Hi Team, the Sandbox hasn't been working for me.
I'm getting an error message of:
The sandbox for this module is currently unavailable. We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may be able to complete this module's exercises using your personal subscription, but charges may apply and you may have to modify the instructions for your subscription.

I do hope this isn't an account issue as I'm using a company account.I can see similar questions to this one as well, same as others I'm also in the Azure Fundamentals 900 training so I guess this could be a recurring issue?

I have the same issue reported in another post. I also note that in a different post you said there was a problem that was being worked on.
What is the status of getting this fixed? I have seen several posts on this issue. A solution is needed in order to properly work through the training.

Hello Support team,
Based on this thread we are no on day 11 of this problem and so far the only update I see is "working on it". Can we get any kind of ETA for a fix? 11 days seems a very long time, especially during downtime that is prime training time.

Our internal team is working on it and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Which makes it now day 12 of this issue, perhaps longer and yet another day of giving the same answer. Is this problem a priority for your team? I wonder because the constant answer of "working on it", on day 12, doesn't build confidence that you are working on it as a priority. Can you provide any update other than "working on it"?

They did not provide any information about this issue and responded irresponsibly with repetitive answers.

It is now day 13 (or more). We would like to know if your team has this as a priority and if there is any ETA. Surely at day 13 you must have a plan or idea how to fix this. Can you give us any helpful updates?

Day 14 (or more) with the same answers you have given before. The suggestion to continue on without the exercises is not a great recommendation - the exercises are important to understand and clarify the information being taught. Obviously, that is the whole purpose of exercises.
I ask again if this is a priority for your team? 2 weeks or more of down time seem to indicate it is not near the top of your priority list. Can you give us any assurance other than "working on it"? Do you expect to have this working sometime in January? Any ETA would be helpful to at let us know you at least care about this problem and plan to fix it at some point.

You can workaround the issue by opening up a new tab and activating sandbox using below link:
Once you have successfully completed the puzzle, accepted permissions, etc., and sandbox is activated, complete the tasks as described in Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox. Additionally, you may leave the tab open and use the same sandbox for the Exercise - Create an Azure resource later in same module.

Do you have any updates on this issue. I see many people having the very same issue. As I mentioned in another post, none of the solutions offered help, and I saw one post where you indicated a problem was being worked on. Can we expect a solution soon?
