Hi,

In the Azure Document Intelligence Studio, I can't share any projects with API version 2024-11-30, but it works fine with previous version, as you can see:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

@Julien Brassard Yes, with the latest GA version the share is not required. Users should see an option to view all v4.0 projects i.e 20214-11-30 API at the bottom of My Projects page. See the screen shot below.

I think this will be added to the documentation soon, please try this on the user who has the access to the same account and DI resource and they should be able to see the project under All Projects. Thanks!!

It would be great if you could also retake the survey if the response helped. Thanks!!

    Hello 08393200,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

I understand that you cannot share any version 2024-11-30 custom model projects (works for previous projects of previous version).

Some issues might just be funny and it sounds frustrating to encounter this issue. The greyed-out Share button in Azure Document Intelligence Studio for API version 2024-11-30 and others might be due to a few reasons related to sharing models: This issue might stem from various factors related to sharing models. Here is a comprehensive guide to help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

If the above checks don’t solve the issue, try the following:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies, sometimes, accumulated cache or cookies in your browser can interfere with the Studio interface. Clearing them and reloading the page might resolve the problem.
    2. Examine the Studio settings for any new configurations or updates that might affect sharing capabilities. Adjusting these settings could enable the "Share" button.
    3. Double-check the project’s configuration to ensure there are no issues. Occasionally, specific settings within a project might inadvertently disable sharing functionality.
    4. If none of these solutions work, check out this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/how-to-guides/project-share-custom-models?view=doc-intel-4.0.0 and or contact Azure Support for better assistance based on your specific setup.

I hope this is helpful! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hello Julien Brassard,

I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!

Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to "Accept " the answer. Accepted answers show up at the top, resulting in improved discoverability for others.

Issue: Customer cannot share any version 2024-11-30 custom model projects (works for previous projects of previous version).

Error Message: None. But share button was greyed out.

Solution: Customer called the export endpoint with Postman, and it worked (i.e. I got a sharing token for a project for which the Studio UI wouldn't enable the sharing button).
