Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard > Ensure that Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, or Toggle Keys are turned off.

Restart your computer in Safe Mode to see if the problem persists.

Open Device Manager > Keyboards Right-click your keyboard driver and choose Uninstall device. Then restart your computer to reinstall it.

You may create a new User profile to check the issue.

    Hello,

If the right arrow key works fine on a different local account but not your main one, it suggests that the problem is specific to your main user profile.

Ensure that your Windows is fully updated. Make sure that there aren’t any custom keyboard settings or shortcuts that have been set up on your main account that might be interfering with the right arrow key.

If the issue persists and affects your productivity, you may consider transferring your files to a new user account. It’s possible that your user profile has become corrupt.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
