How to authorize Entra ID apps as “apps” instead of “service principals

I registered my app through “Entra ID” for integration with New Relic. I granted the apps registered with the subscriptions to be viewed. Then, in the access control list, it was registered as a “service principal” instead of an “app”. How can I register it as an app?

However, I have already granted the permissions. There is an issue that has arisen within that process. Specifically, although I have granted permissions to the type "Application," in the access control list, it shows that permissions have been granted to "Service Principal." In other environments, when permissions are granted to "Application," it appears as "Application" in the list view, but in this particular environment, that is not the case. If you have any advice or solutions regarding this issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you!
