Windows Server 2025 Volume License not activating

Question

After purchasing volume license and using it to attempt to activate the license, the Activation window just hangs in spin mode and is almost frozen.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

It is recommended that you try to activate it by phone, as described below:

1. Select Start > Settings > System  > Activation.
2. Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.

Or try to activate it using the command:

slmgr /ipk <product key>

slmgr /ato
