    Hi,

    Hope everything is going well.

1,Do you have the silently uninstall command or script of Avaya Microsoft Lync 2013 Integration 6.3.3? If yes, then setup a new application and deployment type using that command in SCCM. Follow the steps below to deploy the script file onto systems as you create for standard package.

Step 1) Place the script file onto a folder (shared folder).

Step 2) Create a package and select the above folder as source files.

step 3) create a new program with proper settings as per the need.

step 4) create an advertisement by selecting the above created package and program to required collection.

2,If you do not know the silently uninstall command, please contact Microsoft Lync support or Avaya support to get the command.

Thanks for your kind understanding. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
