I created a new microsoft account and used my CC to login for free trial of Azure services but I received a message that i am not eligible for free account.

If you have already used the Azure free trial with any Microsoft account, you will not be able to use it again. You can try signing up with a new Microsoft account.
Make sure you are using a valid credit card. Some cards, such as prepaid or virtual, are not valid. If so, try using a regular Visa or MasterCard.
There may not be a free trial of Azure in every country. You can check if it is available in your state on their website.
There may be a problem with your Microsoft account. If so, try creating a new account and signing up.
If none of the above steps work, I recommend contacting Azure Support. They can help identify the exact issue.
