"save as" problem and more

Question

So my problem is about word, excel, ppt, and etc. when i open the app it just literally instantly opens the save as tab like this image shown and when i try to "save as" the blank file or click the cancel button it will only reopen the save as tab again and again. I did not click anything before that and i've removed my add-ins, i've repaired microsoft office twice, restart and shut down my laptop thrice, and the problems stays. can anyone help me fix this problem?

Oh, one more thing. usually when i click this icon, i can see all of my downloaded files, but now when i click the icon nothing shows up even tough i just downloaded a file. anything i can do to fix it?

and another one, i know its a lot, please help me. So, usually you can see a mini window when you hover over opened apps in the task bar right and it doesn't go away except when youmouse cursor is not hovering over the opened app icons, but now i does show up, however only for a split second. is there something to fix this issue aswell?

sorry for the problem dumping, the major issue is about the "save as" tab keep opening (urgent), so i would like it to be fixed as quick as possible, as for the other issues (not urgent). So any tech master or tech priests out there, please help me.

If all Office products have this problem, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Office. Try to download the Office tool to help you uninstall Office completely: https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC After uninstalling, restart your computer and reinstall Office.
