Static Web App - incomplete upload due to storage quota or error - how to debug?

I have a Hugo static web app, that upload only part of the website. I think it might be due to the storage quota applied (aka 250MB for a static web app). I will try to reduce, but how can one check what the current storage size is on the static app?

I've been digging in the Azure, but can't seem to find the current used storage. Pointers very welcome.

Do apologize for the non-sense tags, but the form did not allowed for custom tags (such as Github, Hugo...)

To debug the issue of incomplete upload in your Azure Static Web App

Azure Static Web Apps have a 250MB storage limit for the free tier.

Use Azure Storage Explorer to inspect storage usage.

Review App Service Logs for any storage-related errors.

Check logs in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for errors.

Minimize image, CSS, and JavaScript file sizes using tools like ImageOptim, TinyPNG, Terser, or UglifyJS.

Consider compressing files with Gzip or Brotli.

Thank you for your reply. I've been through some of your comments, and happy top provide you with additional info.

Website is under 200MG, should be ok I guess

Not sure on how to do so, for there seems no info to be found for my static web app

Not sure how or where this ought to be found.

Github Actions returns no errors, not sure where to look for the azure devOps

Thank you for taking the time. I must say I'm new to Azure, and for what I know:

My folder is less than 200GB

Github returns no errors at all

Not sure where to look for Azure DevOps logs

Not sure what I can check with the Azure Storage Explorer, selecting the static web app returns 'no disks found'.
