Outlook not showing original message when replying to a distribution group using New Outlook
We have been having issues with the new Outlook desktop client on some of our users here at the office. We have a distribution group setup and some of our users recently switched to the New Outlook desktop client. When they reply to an email that is sent through the distribution list (I.E sales@salesforce.com) Outlook displays an error in the reply window that says The original message can't be shown right now. It will be included when the message is sent.
I've tried updating the client, clearing the cache, running in safe mode etc.. nothing has fixed the issue. Our other users that still use outlook classic do not have this problem. It only started occurring after switching to the the New Outlook Client. I found a couple older posts discussing this happening with shared mailboxes, but nothing about distribution groups. It seems the new outlook client handles all group type mailboxes slightly differently than past versions did. Has anyone else had this issue? Or does anyone know a specific way to fix it or a work around.
