Not able to use azure custom vision api for url inferencing

Hello Microsoft team,
I had made a model in azure custom vison service and published it in prediction resource . As per this User's image the API can be accessed API calls like this. The inferencing using image file is working fine , but when I try to use url API it is throwing error response {'code':'ForbiddenImageUrlNotAllowed','message':'Image URL not allowed'}.
I have set request like this for reference

What is the issue here

The error message you are encountering, {'code': 'Forbidden Image URL Not Allowed', 'message': 'Image URL not allowed'}.

Ensure that the image does not contain any restricted content, such as CAPTCHAs, people, or faces, as these can lead to the image being rejected.

Double-check that the URL is indeed publicly accessible and does not require any authentication or special permissions to access.

Verify that the image format is supported by the Custom Vision service. Common formats like JPEG and PNG are usually acceptable.

I have tried this publically available Googled image which is in jpg format.And also I have cross checked the endpoint also. Also I have tried accessing it using custom vision prediction client in azure sdk there adding byte array is working while url case is giving same error as you can see below

I'm using free tier service,is that reason?

Using the Azure Custom Vision API for URL inferencing may have limitations based on the tier you are using. The free tier (F0) has certain restrictions that could affect your ability to perform URL inferencing. While the free tier allows for limited predictions and projects. please refer this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/custom-vision-service/limits-and-quotas#limits-and-quotas

when trying to use a publicly available image URL, it could be due to the limitations of the free tier or the specific requirements of the API for URL inputs.
