Hi all,

Up till now we were able to share projects between co-workers using the 'share' button. Since we updated the models to GA4.0 in document intelligence, this button is greyed out.

What could be the reason for this? Is it expected this functionality comes back? Or do we need to take an action for this.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Yves

    Hello DEMEERSMAN Yves,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

I understand that you are facing issue where the 'Share' button is greyed out in Document Intelligence after upgrading models to GA 4.0,

Verify Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure users have the correct roles, such as Owner or Contributor, assigned in the Azure portal. If access is restricted, you may need to Update Permissions to allow collaboration. The GA 4.0 Changes introduced stricter controls, which may have limited some project-sharing functionalities to enhance security. Additionally, User Role Limitations could prevent certain users from accessing or sharing projects, depending on their assigned roles. Also Check your storage account permission.

kindly refer this document, Project sharing using Document Intelligence Studio.

    I hope you understand.
