    Hi @Nguyễn Ánh Dương

    You could try use Uninstaller to uninstall all SQL system, reboot your system and use some clean up app like ccleaner and try reinstalling.

    According to my experience with SQLserver, this is due to the fact that you have previously installed a SQL Express instance and have not uninstalled it cleanly, so you can use Bing Browser to find a way to uninstall it yourself and reinstall it.

    Off topic: where did you download the express version from?
