Hello,

We are a MPN/CSP provider and are currently merging with our parent company.

The parent company doesn't want to manage our CSP tenant as we have a lots of customer and there are security and compliance issues for them.

But they want to make us use their accounts and device compliance.

So we want to use MTO to sync account from their tenant and use them as member of our MPN/CSP tenant to manage our customers.

Is this a supported scenario? When will this possible?

(because there is no other way to have device compliance with foreign account than MTO)

    1. Supported Scenarios: MTO supports account synchronization across tenants, but specific configurations are needed for managing customers.
    2. Device Compliance: Ensure devices are enrolled and managed under the same compliance policies, likely involving Intune and Azure AD Conditional Access.
    3. Security and Compliance: Work with your IT and security teams to meet all standards.
    4. Timeline and Availability: Check the latest Microsoft documentation and consult with Microsoft support for detailed guidance.
