Unexpected People in My Worddoc

Hi,

A couple of days ago, there were some unexpected people in my word document. I never shared it. I signed out of Microsoft, changed my password, and signed back in but they were still there. I ended up having to delete my document and put it in a new one. Since changing the password, I have not seen anyone. How do I find out if my security was breached?

Do you know any of these users?

Where do these users' names appear?

Where are the files stored?

What password did you change? Is this account active for Windows or Office? Is it an organization account?

It is recommended that you check whether you have a cloud storage program installed on your computer.

I changed the password to my microsoft account. I did not know any of the users. The files were stored in my microsoft account One Drive. It is a private account.
