Inserting an image into a cell in Excel 2024 (Professional Plus, LTSC) works well initially, but gives an error message after reopening the file.

Some here don't see that option at all, but I do, some here also say that this would only work for Office 365 subscriptions; but why give that the option and then it doesn't work???

Can this please be made working as soon as possible, I want to use this for my catalog purchased CDs, etc., and otherwise indicate how I can get this working?

Hi @Ben Arts I can reproduce your issue.

The image inserted in a cell in Excel LTSC 2024 shows "#Unknown!" error. It also occurs with Image function.

Microsoft always value customers' feedback and suggestions on the product, I suggest you submit this issue via Microsoft via Help> Feedback in Excel.
