Hi Team,

We have submitted the Toll-free application and it was rejected with the below message. We will sending the SMS to our own employees around 1000 peoples in total to notify their shift change. Please help us to understand how we can submit the opt-in confirmation from the employees and if it required to submit opt-in of all the 1000 peoples in order get the application verified.

Kindly check and share your advise on priority.

Santhosh Nethaji, As outlined in the rejection response, we recommend resubmitting your application, ensuring that you include a valid URL that provides evidence of customer consent to receive messages.

Please refer to this Azure doc: SMS FAQ.
It could be a screenshot or a mock-up of the webpage or app where customers have granted permission.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, we request you to submitting a support ticket for a immediate and focused assistance on this.
