Azure migrate Error ID - Credentials not available

Most the response talks about 10012 but I need to fix Error 20000 instead of 10012, NOT THE IMAGE SHOWN below
I see one post about fixing after enabling TLS 1.2 but in my case I am using OVA deployed appliance not if TLS 1.2 would fix it

Error ID: 20000 is related to credentials. Not sure, what mean by "I need to fix Error 20000. Do you see any other error message?

The answer depends on your setup, but in general:
- vCenter Credentials:
- Required: When you're migrating VMs from VMware to Azure, vCenter credentials are required for the Azure Migrate tool to access the vCenter server and enumerate the VMs in your environment. These credentials are used to authenticate the migration tool to vCenter.
- The vCenter credentials allow the migration tool to connect to the VMware infrastructure and retrieve metadata about the virtual machines (VMs), like their configurations, operating systems, and disk structures.
- Domain Credentials:
- Potentially Required: In some cases, especially when VMs are domain-joined or when you're using certain features (like replication or agent-based migration), you might also need domain credentials. Domain credentials are necessary if the VM needs to be authenticated as part of the migration process, particularly if:
- The source VM is domain-joined, and you need permissions to join the VM to a new domain or manage resources in the domain.
- There are access control policies or firewall settings that limit the ability to authenticate using only vCenter credentials.
- For example, if you're using agent-based migration, you will need domain credentials to install the migration agent on the VM, especially if the VM is part of a domain or network that requires domain authentication for installation.
