How to increase Email Communication Service Quota?

Microsoft does not make it easier to actually give a chance to change default mail from address. Currently cannot change the name nor the username. I cannot add any other addresses, because the documentations and other community support communications highlights that you have to increase your default quota to be able to change or add new mail from addresses. (imo, no logical use case behind this).

Anyway, I try to open support request with "Service and subscription limits (quotas)" issue type. Fun fact there is no option for Communication Service nor email. Then I try to send a "Technical" type, because there is an option for that... now I have to pay for support service to actually send a ticket.

Am I missing something or Azure is an infinite maze to not be able to use any of their services?
