Increasing the quota for Azure Communication Services including email communication, can be a bit tricky with Azure's processes.
Steps to Increase Email Quota for Azure Communication Services .
- Review the current quota limits for ACS Email.
- Submit a Quota Increase Request>Navigate to Azure Portal > your ACS Resource > Support + troubleshooting > New support request.
- Select Service and subscription limits (quotas) as the issue type.
- If ACS Email is not listed, select Other and provide detailed information.
- If a quota request option is unavailable, create a Technical Support Request.
- Clearly describe the need to increase the email quota and highlight that ACS is not listed under quota categories.
- Quota increases are typically supported under the Basic Support Plan .
