Hello,

Enrollment Status Page time is vary, some devices take 30-40min when other devices take about 3-4 hours to finish enrollment and get error during the enrollment process "Device setup error or Account setup error" (please see screenshots attached). Enrollments occur on different networks (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) and still same results.4.png

This is so frustrating to the users, is there a way to avoid the errors during the enrollment and why that's happening? Thanks.

@Ahmed Alshatawi Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For apps in device setup, if you don't mix LOB and Win32 apps, but it still shows error, it is suggested to try to increase the "Show an error when installation takes longer than specified number of minutes" in ESP to a much higher value and reset the device to try again to see if it can be successful.

For stuck in account setup, we can skip the account setup. For more details, please refer to the following link:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Meanwhile, here is a link about troubleshooting the Enrollment Status Page for the reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/understand-troubleshoot-esp#troubleshooting

    Hope it can help.

During Autopilot ESP failure (or after), go to command promt and install this Get-AutopilotDiagnosticsCommunity.ps1 script and run it with -online switch. It will display exactly what component failed in your Autopilot.
