Hello,

After that, the applications are shown correctly licensed

But,

After logging in, it returns the following message: Office has been updated. Restart open Office apps to enable Microsoft 365 Apps for business features. And after closing the session, the MAK license of Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 is lost. In this multi-user environment, what this implies is that then other users who connect to that server, in their applications it also tells them that it does not have a license and cannot work with office.

I'm investigating, but I can't find any forum or documentation on the internet similar to this problem.

Could you tell us how to maintain the MAK licenses for Office 2024 Professional Plus? We use these licenses precisely to keep the server licensed for all users.

And when logging into the farm, users do not have to license each server, since it would be unfeasible.

    Hi,

I suggest you check the status of Office license in PC, please follow these steps: Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command, click Enter at last: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

If you can find the Office product key in list, try to remove it by typing the following command with the Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

If the 32bit version of Office installed on a 64bit operation, run the following command: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

Then you can uninstall Office completely by the Office tool and re-install Office 2024:

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
