Details
An error occurred as the cloud type (Public/US Gov) of the appliance 'vmwappl01'- does not match the one in the Azure Migrate project key.
Recommendation
- Ensure that you have downloaded the appliance of the correct cloud type. 2. Go to the portal (Public/US Gov) and from the Server Assessment> Discover> Manage existing appliances page, copy the correct key for the appliance,paste it in the appliance configuration manager and re-try the registration.

The solution to this issue is already documented in the troubleshooting guide here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/troubleshoot-appliance?tabs=windows#project-key-related-error-occurs-during-appliance-registration appreciate if you could follow the recommendations.
